Which Cafe This Is About
The Frau Waffel cafe in Nha Trang.
How It Happened
In January 2026, we agreed to open a cafe in Nha Trang.
We found an advertisement for the sale of the operating Frau Waffel cafe and decided to buy it together.
On February 8, 2026, the cafe was purchased for 340,000,000 VND.
The money was handed over to the previous owners in person inside the cafe. The money transfer and signing of the documents were recorded by security cameras.
Why the Business Was Registered to His Company
At Oleg Bogdan's suggestion, the documents and lease agreement were registered under his company.
We agreed to this because:
- before the Tet holiday, opening a new company quickly in Vietnam is practically impossible
- he already had a registered company
We agreed to use that company temporarily and register joint ownership after Tet.
This decision was made solely on the basis of trust.
What Happened Next
After buying the cafe, we started working in it and managing it together.
But a few weeks later, Oleg Bogdan stated that:
- we had no rights to the business
- we were only “guests”
After that, he changed the access passwords and took full control of the cafe.
Evidence
We have witnesses and supporting materials:
- video recording of the money transfer
- video recording of the document signing
- the full exported message history
- digital income and expense records, plus daily shift closing receipts.
The photo below is a screenshot of the discussion about splitting the cafe purchase price equally: 113.3 million VND each. Important: these messages are missing from the official message export because Oleg Bogdan deliberately deleted them, which proves his original malicious intent.

Legal Action
A police report was filed. However, the police considered the available evidence insufficient to open a criminal case.
That is why our hope now is the local community: to spread information about this dishonest person and prevent him from profiting through this criminal scheme.
